I decided I'd post this information for when I needed it next year...
In 2008, the first round games that were in the Eastern time zone:
Dayton, Miami, Philadelphia, and Greensboro
The games started around 12:15 PM, 2:45 PM, 7:10 PM, and 9:40 PM
The first round games that were in the Central time zone:
Minneapolis and Kansas City
The games started around 11:25 AM, 1:55 PM, 6:10 PM, and 8:40 PM
The first round games that were in the Mountain time zone:
Boise
The games started around 10:30 AM, 1:00 PM, 5:25 PM, and 7:55 PM
The first round games that were in the Pacific time zone:
Portland
The games started around 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM, 4:30 PM, and 7:00 PM
So, in Las Vegas, Thursday there were 3 games starting around 9:15 AM, 4 starting around 11:45 AM, 1 starting around 2:00 PM, 4 starting around 4:30 PM, and 4 starting around 7:00 PM.
Friday there were 4 games starting around 9:15 AM, 4 more starting around 11:45 AM, then a break from around 2:00 PM until around 4:30 PM, 4 games starting around 4:30 PM, and 4 starting around 7:00 PM
For the second round (Saturday and Sunday) here was the schedule:
Saturday: 1 game starting around 1:00 Eastern (10:00 AM Las Vegas), 2 games starting around 3:30 (12:30), 3 games starting around 5:45 (2:45), and 2 games starting around 8:15 (5:15).
Sunday: 1 game starting around 12:10 Eastern (9:10 AM Las Vegas), 4 games starting around 2:40 (11:40), and 3 games starting around 5:20 (2:20).
For the third round (Thursday and Friday), the games started just after 7:00 PM Eastern (4:00 Las Vegas), then around 7:30 (4:30), then around 9:30 (6:30) and 10:00 (7:00). Thursday and Friday had the same schedule, and the time zone didn't make any difference.
For the fourth round (Saturday and Sunday), the games were at 4:40 PM (1:40 Las Vegas) and 7:05 (4:05) on Saturday, and 2:20 (11:20 Las Vegas) and 5:05 (2:05) on Sunday.

In 2010, Thursday/Saturday first round sites are:
Providence (Eastern time zone), New Orleans (Central), San Jose (Pacific), and Spokane (Pacific). So there will most likely be 2 games early, then 4, then 2, then 4, then 4.
In 2010, Friday/Sunday first round sites are:
Buffalo (Eastern time zone), Jacksonville (Eastern), Milwaukee (Central), and Oklahoma City (Central). So there will most likely be 4 games early, then 4, then a break, then 4, then 4.
Saturday and Sunday will most likely follow the same schedule as 2009 (Saturday - 1 game, then 2, then 3, then 2; Sunday - 1 game, then 4, then 3).
