States/Countries My Daughter Has Visited

After last year's cruise and this year's cruise, my daughter has added some states and countries to her list. For states, I differentiate those that we've visited (set foot) and those that we've spent the night in. For countries, I don't differentiate since the cruise makes stops to different countries.

Anyway, here's her list of states where she has spent the night:
California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin

Here are the additional states where she has set foot, but not spent the night:
Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, Tennessee

That's 18 out of 50 states that she's been to. I've been to 44 out of 50.

Additionally, she's been to the following countries:
Bahamas, Jamaica, Grand Cayman (Cayman Islands), Tortola (British Virgin Islands), Virgin Gorda (British Virgin Islands), St Thomas (US Virgin Islands)

Let me dream for a bit.... Major League Baseball splits into two divisions - call them whatever you want, but I'll call them "top" and "bottom". The top division is made up of 16 teams, the bottom division is made up of 14 teams. Each division has their own playoffs and champion (maybe 2 rounds of playoffs instead of 3 as there are now). At the end of each season, the worst team (by record) in the top division is replaced by the champion of the bottom division. There is revenue sharing within each division, but not across divisions. Tasker For Android

I really like my Android phone. But I was having a bit of an issue with the hands free stuff. If I would receive a text in the car, I wanted to listen to it without having to look at my phone. Then, depending on the message, I might need to reply to it. I found an app that did that in conjunction with my hands free Bluetooth device, but it worked once and then wouldn't reliably listen to my voice commands. For example, it would be able to hear "yes" and "cancel", but it would never hear the content of the message I wanted to reply. So basically it was good for listening to the message and then making me frustrated. The app also couldn't compose a new text message. Every app I looked at wasn't totally hands free for composing a text message - you had to click on a button and then you could compose hands free, but even that for driving isn't safe. Finally Planned A Camping Trip

We finally planned our first camping trip of 2022. Normally by the middle of May I'd have a few camping trips figured out. I don't know what it is about this year, but everyone seems to be rather busy and summer is coming up quick. Hopefully it doesn't completely get away from us this year.
